View your software in your account
Recent orders: If you recently placed an orderand it doesn't appear in Autodesk Account, or you didn't receivethe confirmation email, Contactus for assistance.
- Sign in to your account at manage.autodesk.com and go to Products & Services> All Products & Services.

Export product information
The ability to export product information is only available forsubscriptions and maintenance plans purchased through a reseller.It is not available for subscriptions purchased online.
- Sign in to your account at manage.autodesk.com and go to Billing & Orders> Contracts.
- Select a product and click Export as CSV fromthe Actions menu.
Get a license report
To request a list of your software, complete the License Report form. You'll receive a spreadsheet of all yourAutodesk products, current and expired.
Customers in Korea: Please use your officeemail and attach your name card to the request.

One of the benefits of subscriptions andmaintenance plans is access to previous versions of your software.Support* is available for all current versions of Autodesk softwareplus some previous versions, typically three versions back. Tobe eligible for support, the Autodesk software must run onvendor-supported operating systems. If a vendor discontinuessupport for an operating system, we also discontinue support forAutodesk products running on that operating system, whether or notthe products are among the eligible previous versions.
If a previous version isn't listed, supportisn't available. To avoid downtime, upgrade to a supportedversion before a previous version reaches the end of support.Customers who have maintained an active maintenance or subscriptionplan without lapse can continue to use a previously installed andactivated version, even if it has reached end of support. If youhave a perpetual license for a version that has reached end ofsupport, you still have rights to use the license for as long asyou want.
Autodesk Product Design Suite
However, for unsupported versions, you can't get a newactivation code to reactivate that version for any device. We alsowill not release software updates or hotfixes for versions thathave reached the end of support.
